Setting up your account with the Act-On call tracking feature is quick & simple. After opening an account with Outleads and setting up your call tracking preferences, follow the steps below:
- Go to Settings > Act-On.
- Follow the prompts to connect your Act-On account.
- Once the accounts are linked, the page will display the HTML of your click-to-call link. Place the link as the phone link in any of your e-mail campaigns.
The incoming calls will now be attributed to the campaign name you set up in your Act-On dashboard.
